Very bad captaincy or selection in RCB vs KKR match.

Pathetic is the simple word you can choose you to describe the level of captaincy in the match. Virat is the captain of India and in matches for the franchise captain holds the cards for selection as well. The problem with RCB over the years has been with the bowling. Chris Gayle, who was one of their most successful openers failed to fire. They replaced him with Brendon McCullum. Then they had both Parthiv Patel and Manan Vohra to take the second spot. What did he do? he played Quinton de Kock rather than picking Grand homme and add to their bowling unit. It was a waste as Quinton was out after a short or two. The job that could have easily been done by Manan or Parthiv. They have been successful openers with their previous franchisees. He simply chose to overlook them. Along with that, he ignores both Corey Anderson and Colin de Grandhomme and Tim Southee. These inclusions would have added tooth to otherwise weak bowling squad. Selection is not all the problem; the problem with captaincy only starts with selection.

Sunil Naraine was hitting all around the wicket, rather than getting Umesh Yadav he chose to try both his main spinners. Naraine who himself is a spinner showed no mercy on anyone and made one of the fastest 50's in the tournament.

This is the best squad RCB has assembled in all these years and Virat should not waste this opportunity with captaincy mistakes.
